Welcome to BLISS Driving Academy LLC! (PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A SELECTION)

We currently offer Driver Improvement Program (DIP) and Driver Education (classroom/in-car lessons included). Please select the class you need below for more detailed information. All classes for 2023 are available for registration, simply select the month you prefer. Please be advised there is a 4% credit/debit card processing fee added to the payment (a payment is required to reserve a seat for driver education). Be sure to reserve one seat per class, per student.

Once you have completed your registration, please read the email you receive welcoming you to BLISS. That email outlines how class will be conducted and what is expected. Please be sure to read that entire email as it contains important information.

To keep confusion to a minimum, the link to our schedule for in-car lessons is private and sent directly to our students upon completion of classroom hours. We do not offer private driving lessons at this time and our schedule is open strictly to students who attend our driver education program. We also offer our services to accompany test takers to the MVA for driver skills testing. We limit our assistance to Hilltop (Baltimore City), Glen Burnie and Essex ONLY.
